V90 shocks revisted S90-V90

I started to check out the Monroe web site and inadvertently was sent to Monroe Auto parts, found the part you had listed but first found this part from AC Delco, part # 504573. This part listed for 97 Volvo air shocks with air harness for hook up. I don't know a thing about the Monroe Sensatrac's or if the AC Delco parts are any better than oem, but the oem is bad enough.
Would air shocks give a sturdy ride, would they be better than just a gas pressurized shock?
