Could've sworn I answered your question, but I don't see my posting here, so I'll try again... sorry if this is too late to be useful:

The 1970 164 green manual shows the following data:

Front Rotors
============
Outside Dia. - 272.2 mm
Thickness New - 12.7-12.8 mm
Thickness Min - 11.6 mm
Warp Max - .10 mm

Rear Rotors
===========
Outside Dia. - 294.6 mm
Thickness New - 9.6 mm
Thickness Min - 8.4 mm
Warp Max - .15 mm
