rubber mallet with firm but gentle tapping.
there might be a lip on the outside of the rotor so you will have to try and open up the caliper by forcing the pads open a little. If you take your time there should be plenty of play in the metal brake line to swing the caliper out of the way but you will have to use firm pressure.
Not sure why people don't just drill one hole in the backing plate that would serve to remove all of the studs if needed and use the right size of rubber plug to plug the hole after?... Is there a suitable place to drill back there?
