How do I know if my car has intercooler?

I just bought a 244 turbo, 1984.

I don't know why before the exhaust goes into the main IC, there's a small narrow IC looking thing.

Does anyone know what it is?

In the manual it says the turbo version is 133hp, which in non-intercooler. But clearly my engine bay looks different. And I think the radiator lookalike that I'm looking at is the intercooler. Because in front of the fan is the radiator, and in front of that is another radiator looking thing.

My engine is leaking oil, when it is running. where does oil usually leak from in this car?
