How likely is rotor warpage? 120-130

No Dial indicator on hand. There has been a small, single clunk when applying brakes. It only happens after the brakes have not been used for a while. No pumping is required for firm braking. After the initial clunk, it will not clunk again until after the car has been driven a few miles or so.

I suspect that if the rotor were kicking the pads back, then the clunk would happen during each brake application. Perhaps the car is shifting on a worn upper control arm bushing. This would explain why clunking only occurs after driving a few miles. Perhaps the car resettles back on the worn bushing.

It probably won't be until late this week that time will be available to change the bushing. I'll post results then.

Thanks for all the feedback.
