Question about diagnostic results

Just did a EFI diagnostic on my 93 240 (has around 160K) the code came back:
2-3-1 and 2-2-1.. my manual says this means: fuel system compensating for rich or lean mixture at cruise. Is this saying that the car simply needs a tune up?
Any guidance most appreciated. BTW, a shop here in Portland wanted $65.00 just tpo do this test ! UGH...
