fog light hookup from stock harness

Greetings all
in my 740 as in my 940, there is a fog light switch in the dash
although, there are no lights installed.
I believe there should be a lead ready to tie into
Can anyone tell me where ( if it does exist)
a lead from the stock harness end up
seems strange there is a switch, which lights up when flipped,
or it is just really thoughful of those factory guys?
