HELP! Set off the Immobilizer S90-V90

Try this,unhook your battery again for about 5 minites,after doing this and hooking everything back up,with the door closed lock and unlock the door with the ingnition key. Doing this should clear everything up, you may be able to do this with out the unhooking of the battery by the way,just thought it may clear the alarm code a little better.
