86' 740 GLE

I'm going to look at a car right now, Its an 86' 740 GLE from what i hear its in "fair condition, you'll probably get 6 months out of it" HAHAHA thats what i heard last time when i bought my 240. Anyway....What should i offer for it? No major problems and a few dings. the interior is a little shot. Thanks!
