More on the boiling B-18 120-130

FIRST, do you trust your indicator?... and have you checked its calibration?...remove sendor bulb from rear of head, immerse in boiling water, note indication with respect to cal marks.


...but if it's really boiling, which it didn't sound like from all indications (other than indicator) off hand, I had the same question a Phil...I wonder what the system flowrate is...and since that is determined by the pump (and certainly affected by restrictions)...I've heard that the vanes on the OE pumps get eaten away if water noly is used (galvanic/cavitation attack?), but I've never seen it myself.
