ENGINE CRANKS BUT WILL NOT START 700 1987

My 1987 Volvo 740 GLE (Non-turbo) cranks but, does not start. I replaced the engine wiring harness, ignition coil and, power stage amplifier. The car refuses to start. Any suggestions?
