It's an oK deal but over 200k means there will be some work that was not expected in addition to the things you mentioned. The heater core or aircon evaporator could necesitate removing the dashboard because they are leaking or the fuel pump could be near death from sucking gas through a dirty filter all these years. You'll come to like that model though. The highest I've ever heard of miles is 258K and running fine. Don't pay over a thousand unless it's got very good paint and owner pedigree
