Yes, by law they're only sellable as complete units. No replacement lenses, as the lenses are supposed to be bonded to the reflector assembly. I can't say whether or not they'll work well together. They might.

I have e-codes on mu 760, with that model the DOT lamps and ECE lamps are completely different.
