What the value of a 142 these days? 140-160

its been punched out to over a 20 and has lots of power! It will smoke the tires with ease.
I bored it out some years back and added a cam, a nice header and a Weber 40/40.
When I did the cam gear afew days back, I went thru the head(for sh*ts & gigles)and all was still 100%.
