93 Volvo shutting off

I had such thing happ. to my 740 Turbo '90, took it to a dealer, those crooks said will cost $1200 - I said I'll dump the car. 20 min later they said "Done", will cost $118 - they replaced fuel pump relay ($48 part), I could've done it myself in 30 sec, it was behind ash tray, white relay. Drove it for 2 years after that with n/p, now I have smthn like that happ again. :(
