Help Needed Replacing Selector Gates S90-V90

The only thing I saw pertaining to my style sunroof (the late 940, 960, v90 glass style) was a tip on adjusting/removing the glass itself. That I already knew how to do.

Maybe I am just not seeing it...could you point me in the right direction?

The piece that I actually have to remove and replace is the metal piece that is attached to the "guide". Here is picture of the part. The broken piece is bottom middle and there is a cotter pin that would pas into one side of that part, through the slot in the piece I am holding up and then through the other side. I can not figure out how to remove the broken piece.
