One clue is that the blinkers and the high beams light receive their +12v through the round plug or the semi-round plug. Most of the other lights (and the speedo) get their power from the three-wire plug to the back of the speedo itself. You did not list that plug among those that you had reconnected. If you did not reconnect it, then that could be the problem. If you did reconnect it, then you might have the fuse blown that feeds that plug.
