How to identify a replacement wiring harness?

I have an 86 244 with terminal body corrosion. 225K with 150# compression, zero oil comsumption, trouble free transmission, etc. It is a shame but I plan to part out the car once winter is over.

The wiring harness seems fine and I wonder if it has been replaced. I did not get any records with the car when I purchased it 30K miles/2 years ago.

How can I determine if the harness is a replacement?

Thanks, Randy
