Went to Volvo and purchased the valve. The hissing sound is gone now. I still have a vacuum leak when the floor bellows are opened. I just dont use it. I have ordered 4 meters of the vacuum hose from Volvo as it was backordered. If I'm going to fix the one I might as well replace them all while I've got the dash out.

I had a hell of a time with them when I replaced the heater core and blower motor. The lines just wouldn't stay on.
