Actually, the rotors are solid. I was sent vented rotos from the Volvo parts guy, but it seems that the style changed perhaps mid year 86, from solid to vent.
I can check as to ATE or Girling. Since I got the parts over the phone I don't have an email to check back to regarding type.

I'll get back . I do appreciate the continuing help.
