37K mi! Geez, nice! As for the leak, well, it sounds like the right diff output seal is leaking. Did you smell the oil? If it's gear oil it will be thick (not like water) and have a stong fowl smell. Is the fluid pretty clean and a golden color? The only other thing that comes to mind is a brake fluid leak, but that's pretty unlikely on a car that young with low mileage. If it is an axle seal, the axle will have to be removed, the seal replaced and the fluid topped up. I'm not sure what kind of labour is involved, but I'd say it's a good couple hour job at least for someone who is familiar with the Multi-link II rear suspension. If a diff seal is leaking at that low mileage I would *guess* that it's becasue the car has been sitting around a lot and the seal has dried up, but I don't know what kind of seal is used there.
