200 timing belt change vs 740 change 1990

I see that the Belt number is the same but I guess my question is; On the 700, what did they do with the Timing Intermediate Sprocket? Is there just a Sprocket ther ethat is not position critical?
Am I just concerned with the Cam and Crank Timing Marks?
