Hello!

I'm stumped as to how to open the driver's side rear door. The outside handle broke (again -- I've replaced each of them at least once), but the child safety lock is engaged, so the inside handle is useless. I can't see how to get the door opened, or get the trim removed without opening the door so I can fix the linkage.

If it matters, I think this time it is the door linkage itself, rather than the usual handle failure, since it still feels like it engages and pulls the springs when I pull on the outside handle. A coat hanger down the window slot doesn't seem like it's going to work because of that.

Is this going to be the car-killer? Otherwise it's still going strong so far.
