Trouble with mini coils S90-V90

They are OEM Volvo coils, front cyclinders (1 & 2 ?) the wire are a exact fit to the old coil angles, new coils are about 5 deg different. They can be turned around, old style had 2 flanges, new only has one. The problem is the wire won't reach. I can e-mail you pictures, file to big to post.
