PLEASE HELP, do you think it's safe for me to drive this? 700 1991

Is this a problem that's gonna leave me stranded, or can I drive it a few days until I get an appointment?

I was thinking maybe the alternator, but I noticed that with the ignition in "ON" position with the engine off, the same lights all stay on, even the Parking Brake light (even with the brake off), and the battery seems fully charged, so that makes me think otherwise...
