Check Engine Light keeps coming back 200 1990

My mechanic replaced the O2 sensor, FPR and perform a tune-up. I remove and replace the 25 amp once again and it looks good. Spend to much money (timing belt, tensioner, all other belts, water pump, throw out bearing) for me to donate the car.
