ipd overload coils for a 140 140-160

I have them on the '70 145. I don't think the ride is overly stiff.
You will need the upper mount from a 240 series car. The spring is not a direct swap without the mount.

I like them a lot. Have them on my 745 too.
I'm not into the lowered look, and I like that they restored the original ride height, maybe a hair more.

If it was me doing it on a sedan, I would take their advice and use the sedan overload coils.
