Odometers stopped working 700 1989

Colleagues,

Both odometers (the daily + the absolute) on my 740T 1989 stopped working. I can hear clicking sound from the dashboard. Probably some plastic cog wheel is gone and slipping.
Do I have the option to repair something, or I need to change the entire speedo panel ? How do I take off the speedo panel.
