Lost the foam insert under the shift boot 200

I had a new clutch installed late in the fall, and I watched while the mech stuffed the foam rubber "pad" into the gap under the shift boot, but didn't get a look at its shape. Well, of course its's fallen out, and I'd like to fashion a replacement. Anyone have a sketch or photo they could share?
