Converting to MCC 700

Did you wind up pulling the entire black box assembly that contains the evaporator, heater core, etc? Also, do I have to take out the dash? Another poster has given me a suggestion to see if I can get the ACC going again. If I can't get it to work, I'll switch to MCC. I'm still looking for a green book on the climate systems.
