I'm starting a new thread in hopes someone has seen this latest symptom before.
150k miles well maintained, just passed emissions with flying colors. Oil changes at 3k etc. Will start and run fine while the engine is cold. Once it warms up, and the outside air is cold, say below 40 it sputters at idle, skips misses and stalls on acceleration, but once its moving it runs ok. It will run fine on the highway but stop and go driving is getting dangerous. Any help would be appreciated. To date I have changed and or checked the following: AMM,
Hose from turbo to AMM, Ignition Amp, Coolant temp sensor, vacuum lines, intercooler lines, throttle body, idle air valve, distributor cap and rotor, fuel pump operation, fuel pump relay, fuel filter, pvc hoses and holder, no flame trap. This morning once I got it going again it sputtered and backfired through the intake, after stalling out on take off, again after reaching normal operating temp. Please Help!!!!
Thanks...
