Not too hard. It's been a while so I'll likely miss some important points.
Generally... Pull the trim cover up to expose the fuel rail mounting bolts. With the bolts removed, carefully pry the fuel rail up with all the injectors still connected. Then the injectors can be taken from the rail one at a time and the seals replaced. The "book" recommends "petroleum jelly" as a lube to help seat the seals.
I would recommend a through engine cleaning first to help ensure you don't get any dirt into the rail that can flow into the injectors.
There may be a short cut but this is what I did in the process of replacing the head gasket.
