There are some down on the bottom side under the oil pressure sender area that look like casting dates to me. on the two B20 blocks I have around, they seem to have dates that are more or less right (on in 1970, the other in 1971). They are in Euro date format, d/m/y instead of the US standard m/d/y. Of course, in Volvo faqshion, I think other people have reported theirs looking nothing at all like dates.
