Crank Sensor, I had a 240 (still do) that would not start after a long drive and it got hot. After the car cooled it started. Problem was the bell housing would heat up enough to increase the gap between the sensor and teeth on the ring gear. I ground a little off the mounting tabe of the crank sensor to decrease the gap and that solved the problem. My 240 had 200K and I suspect the replacement sensor may have been just a smidge out of spec. Just passing this along for information as it took me four months before I finally nailed it. Good Luck
