Adding horns 700

I've decided that I need to add some better horns to my ' 84 760 Turbo. It just has the single horn now. My question is how do I wire it up correctly? I'm assuming that I need to add a relay from some previous posts that I've read. Maybe a local auto parts store will have some decent aftermarket horns. I found some (made by Fiamm for $10 each).
