Oil changes 700 1987

I run M1 in my 87 745T for 4500 to 5000 miles. I've had the oil analysed and it is close to shot by 5K. With the turbo's I recommend 3K mile oil changes with Dino and 5K mile oil changes with synthetic. Anything longer in a turbo with out Lube Control added your looking for trouble. Oil changes are cheap compared to a new motor.
