Seven Volvos answered your question and if his handle is accurate he ought to know. I do this crap for a living and you will get ABOUT 2.5 quarts out of an AW70 and an AW30/40, the AW50/42 will yeild right at ABOUT 3.5 quarts. This is not rocket science sport, drain your fluid stuff 2.5 quarts back in a check it. Like everyone has told you, if you want it done right flush the darn trans.
