More Charging Problems 200 1989

I hooked up the cluster prior to charging it yesterday.

When you turn the Key on (Run position), among all the warning lights you must see these 4 for the initial charging current to the Alternator that others have mentioned:

Battery
Bulb Out
Brake Failure
Parking Brake

I believe the voltages you measured are from the battery, with the alternator doing nothing.
