Dropping the piston from below? How will you replace it? S90-V90 1997

Dewfpo made a point that I hadn't thought of-the valve stem deposits-might try this also-find someone in your area that has a motor vac system and have the procedure on your vehicle-it will clean all the carbon from the valves, cylinders, fuel injectors-hell it will even clean the O2 sensors and all the way back to the tail pipe. Should run around 60-100 bucks.
