FCP Groton to the rescue!
I actually just ordered a replacement mirror panel from them a few minutes ago.
I went to Pep Boys to buy a temporary cut to fit acrylic mirror to get me around until the order from Groton shows up.

I popped off the holder and disconnected the wires for the heater to paste on the temp mirror. Replacing it looks like it will be a snap.
