It does sound like the relay.

Your options:

*Attempt to resolder the relay you have. There are directions around here somewhere that I have seen... try a search. This usually works, and its free.

*Buy a new relay for around $30 from online vendor (try vlvworld.com or fcpgroton.com )

*Get a used relay out of a yard or off a parts car.
