alignment after ball joint replacement? 200 1986

Is it necessary to have the front end aligned after replacing the ball joints? I ordered the front suspension kit from FCP and would like to replace everything...(tire rod ends and all), but the ball joints are the main issue now...i may not be able to get an alignment for a week or so. Is this an issue? should I hold off on the job untill i can immediatly have it aligned?
