Blower issues and Differetial drain plug 200 1990

Thanks for the suggestions . I will try pipe wrench ( This nut is 13mm .)
I will try to use the old plug Hopefully it does not leak afterall threads should be ok only the head is defaced .

The Blower Bearing :Do I have oil it from the both sides ( driver and passanger side. I do not have any diagrams etc so hopefully I will learn as I open the dash)
