'71 142 pictures! 140-160

Hmm... well, the long shifter would be correct for a '71 of course, but all I've seen had overdrive. Coulda been converted from an automatic... any sign of a overdrive or automatic badge in back? I don't see in the pictures... woulda been opposite the 'VOLVO' badge in back. How about a hole in the sterring column cover opposite the turn signal switch?

Sorta odd too that it's got 142S. Does it have leather interior?

I see you changed that left front tire... the old black rim looks like it's got a pretty wide tire... likely a 5.5" steel wheel there. If you have the set, keep 'em.

In any case... if there are bits you can think of that you need, let me know... I can most likely help with some stuff...

also... Very nice looking maroon wagon behind the 142... looks just like my daily driver.
