There are two lights in the speedometer and one above the heater controls that are all on the same circuit. If none of those is working, I'd look into the wiring.

The bulb holders snap in and out -- just pull them directly towards the front of the car. You can get replacement bulbs at just about any car parts store, or maybe even a good hardware place. Nothing special about them, just match what you took out.
