overdrive arrow

I just replaced the overdrive relay in my 91 940 turbo wagon and the overdrive arrow is still on. The fuse no longer blows as it did before I changed the relay. Could there be a problem with the button on the shifter? If so how do I change that. If not what other problem may I have.
