One diagram I have here says the 5th fuse should have two blue wires, one for the horn & one for the rear demist.

I believe this would be the horn's ground wire, right?

I would have thought so too.

Finally, any idea why the radio, yellow wire to fuse #7, would stop working when I pull on the heater fan switch (fuse # 3 or 4, I think)?

Voltage drop, clean the fuse holder.
