b20 head? 444-544

i am rebuilding a b20 to go in my 544. when i disassembled the engine i noticed that the bore on the heads combustion chamber was smaller than the cylinder bore. the # on the head is 1 418 205.it had a C cam & says b20 on the block.when i hold a b18 head gasket to the head it matches the bore. what engine do i have?
