You dont say if it is a turbo engine or not. They have richness problems that do not affect non-turbo engines. Idle switch is used to kill any timing advance and cause ECU to maintain idle speed with IAC. Mixture is still trimmed by O2 sensor voltage and not related to speed. <50 ohms is ok.
For ha-ha sake, pull the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator and check for liquid. If it is dry like it should be, then suspect the AMM. Plenty are available on ebay - last 3 digits of part number must match.
