Corona Wheels for 245?

Yes, with ANY old alloy wheel, and keep in mind that ALL 240 wheels are at least 13 years old by now, you will likely get corrosion problems in the bead area. When mounting tires, it's a good idea to take a wire brush or better yet a wire wheel on a drill or grinding machine, and clean the inside area of the rim where the tire bead will sit. I've seen badly pitted wheels that just would not seal, even with new tires. Most tire shops can just rotate the bare rim on the tire machine while wire brushing or sanding away any corrosion.

I generally have to do this to all my Virgos. Around here all the old wheels get corrosion in them.
